I have had Lund tunes on all of my cars with great results and at least two if them were tuned by Alex aka noloduschebag. He's been that way from the beginning and will always be that way. If you are too soft and can't handle words then listen to someone else. Whatever happened to "words don't hurt"? this world is beconing too soft. I'm a 53 year old black man in America I've been called lots of "words" for no reason I don't get upset with words. Thicken you skin kids.... thicken your skin.

These videos are why I switched to Wengerd personally from using Lund on my last car, and now I actually get personalized tunes which is a plus

I can assure you that your “personalized tune” is nothing more than a canned tune from some other setup they’ve tuned before. Just like Lund and pretty much every other tuner. Unless you’re paying for dyno time with remote tuning which is an option.

Start your own personal page, post a copy of a work email from a customer and bash said customer on your page. Then tell us how long it took your employer to fire you. The second you introduce work related content on a personal page, the employer can and will assume your statement on the matter is a reflection of their company. In fact, every company I’ve worked for has strict policies regarding company related content on personal social media. Obviously Lund doesn’t care(or they like the attention he brings, whether it’s positive or negative), but that’s not the norm.

Im not tuned by anyone so I don’t have a dog in this fight. But Brian and others are correct, even if you think the customer is a total moron, you don’t air it publicly. That’s business 101. How many people on this forum have moved away from Lund over the years for a tuner that is much better with customer service? A lot. Even if they can’t or won’t do what the customer asks for whatever reason, perception matters. Maybe enough people are numb to this guy that it doesn’t matter to Lund, but I would never want a business of mine represented by someone like him.

that’s fair. I don’t think he should’ve done it. But it doesn’t bother me at all that he called someone that. We can agree airing the actual emails is the larger issue.
People can say what they want about the guy, but he knows what he’s talking about. Taught me a decent amount. Don’t need to agree with everything someone says to find their advice beneficial.

He says that stuff a lot but take the 21+ F150s as an example, Lund was the last to come to market. They do have about all the records, the biggest market share and yeah they do awesome work. I'm not going to take that away from them. I'm also a regular watcher of Alex's livestreams. Was what he said acceptable? Arguably no, depends on your camp. But at the same time, the customer basically stepped into a biker bar and shouted HARLEYS ARE GAY. He was also lying about what actually went down and Alex both called him on it and proved it by reading the transcript. Customer also whined about clearly written policy. As a customer, is it acceptable to be called a retard by the business? No. Conversely, as a customer, it's also not ok to lie, publicly attack and manipulate a business you're still working with. Even if you've terminated your business, none of that is ok. Two wrongs don't make a right but Lund haters always just jump on the bandwagon of bashing Alex without recognizing that Alex isn't the only jackass lol. There's plenty more but at least he's honest which is more than we can say about most of the rest.

FWIW, never had any business with Lund. Likely never will. I've worked with a tuning company I've been wildly happy with, innovates like Lund can't/won't and who also isn't afraid to tell me how it is if I'm wrong about something but respectfully and pointedly.

Only one in here crying and making a lot of assumptions is you. I merely spoke up on the business aspect of it. But somehow you think I’m a soft person for doing so. Whatever floats your boat. I own a business, I’ve taken many training opportunities to enhance my abilities to gain and retain customers. So I am speaking from experience, whereas it seems you’re speaking from your ass.

this is my last reply, I’m not here to convince anyone who to do business with…unlike some folks who are hanging from Lund’s sack acting like they can do and say whatever they want without consequence.
