Right now I have full control over normal mode and I change numerous aspects of it with my calibrations. Once SCT adds in the other regions I will be able to adjust those. They react as they do now once programmed.
Good to know, thanks as usual [emoji106]

No problem, just ask Mike how effective the shift changes are that I make. Or see the video at the beginning of this thread.

LOL, yeah...on the 19 inch street tires mine was hammering the 1-2 hard enough under WOT (traction control off) that it spun to the 2-3 shift point and upshifted. That is why I asked Torrie to tame it a little for me. It is cool putting down 20 yards of rubber on an upshift, but it does hamper forward motion a bit.

Mike
Plus whats nice about the work that I do is its totally scalable around what the customer wants. Not everyone likes firmer shifts and has their own ideals in regards to transmission shift pressure / function.

Torrie,

Will you be notifying us when you are able to calibrate the other regions or is this something we have to specifically request from you?

And this right here is a lot of the reason why I'm considering purchasing from you, rather than a Cobb AP, etc. :)

Hahaha it was that much?! I don't even have the PP 19's but I can't imagine this car having enough balls to do that.
I need more tune in my life

In the morning :)

Torrie @ Unleashed does amazing work with the 3.5 Eco platform, I can only imagine he'll do even more with this one.

I have notified SCT on what needs to be added and they update me as they follow through on this. Right now it only impacts shift pressure and WOT RPM/OSS. But as I said I can command whatever I want in normal. I have created exactly what I want in that mode and don't have any use for the others because of this.

How does a tune affect the different driving modes.. ie.. normal, sport, track, rain/snow?

Engine calibration changes I make impact all modes. I have full normal mode transmission control and am just waiting on a few items to be added so I can adjust the others. Their individual factory mode adjustments are still intact.

My 2012 GT was tuned at 1200 miles. First, a Ford Pro-Cal, and then AED. It had 86,000 miles when I sold it and it had absolutely zero tune related issues. Before that, I had an '07 STi that had over 90,000 miles with a Cobb Stage 1 tune loaded up. I grow tired of people's "tune related" tales of woe.

Mike
I put well over 80,000 on my '03 Mustang with a SCT tune. Custom done by the guys at Dallas Mustang. Upgraded everything on both the 91 and 93 octane tunes. No issues whatsoever.

The guy who test drove it/bought it, could not believe it was "only a six"

Best part of making the changes to normal is that you're removing the annoying step of having to toggle sport+ every time you start the car :)
