It seems to me that you are very diligent and care about your car.
You have driven it 7k miles in 5 years, right?

I'm not a betting man but if I were, I would gamble that your warranty will probably expire well before you have something go wrong.

I have a 2019 gt pp1 mustang gt
Have a 10 year warranty
It's only got 7000 miles on it
Do you guys know if I need to have 5 year check up to keep my 10 year warranty valid. The dealer says no
Which is unusual for them to turn down a visit.would you folks have a 5 year check tp and change all the fluid anyway. Thanks for help
Just out of curiosity how many times have you changed the oil in those five years?

Ford says once yearly for low mileage use.
6 months / 700 miles seems extraordinarily wasteful without any added benefit.
I had vette engine fail on me with 10000 Mike's on it when was a onc e a year kind if guy
Figure I've got a car that cost 53000 bucks so now I'd do twice a year 75 bucks fir full synthetic
It brings peace if mind

If you read Ford's warranty, you need to generally do two things to keep that warranty: 1) follow the prescribed maintenance schedule (see Owner's Manual), 2) document that maintenance. This is the minimum standard to keep a warranty.
In the first 100K miles, IIRC all that means is changing the oil.
