The only trouble I could see with the M1 logo is that due to the nature of of the process, the image distorts as itās stretched around profiles and shapes. Itās not noticeable on a print like the skulls or lightening etc, but it would be very obvious on square edges or straight line shapes.
In my opinion, itās one of the reasons hydro dipped carbon looks very poor on some components when compared to real carbon - it might look ok on mostly flat surfaces, but it soon looks crap / obviously fake when it comes to depressions and corners etc.
