Decided to make an edit to the post:
This was a location I found thanks to TheTopher (vid should hopefully drop soon). I came back after cleaning the car up again to do some test shots with my new phone (S23+ using expert raw and Pro Modes). The end result with some light editing in darktable (basically open source lightroom) is what you see above.
