Interesting. I always thought the H pipe made the deeper note. I personally don't care for the raspy/poppy sound. Looking to keep that deep noise.

oh yeah if you go catless, 3” piping, and H pipe it will definitely sound deeper

Here’s a semi cold start up of my car just to give you an idea of what catless sounds like.

It’s definitely loud and I can’t hear the BOV but it definitely still sounds good!

ESS Confirmed, the inlet on the G3 headunit is 3.75" for anyone else changing up the intake.

Sorry about the misinformation, The G2 is 3.5" and G3 is 3.75" I have the G2 and though it was .5" smaller inlet than the G3. I'm glad you figured it out though.

VMS is well know in the racing community… is there a set of wheels that you like/love and can live with daily? I like my Forgestar’s cause they offer wheels I can live/love with on a daily and if I ever decide to move to bead locks they have the same exact wheel.
