Mustang Owner Question #2

I've been from San Antonio to Austin once, and daily commute 26 miles a day to and from work. I have right around 500 miles on the odo, and have had the car for just over a week. I saw my first s550 in the wild yesterday going to work. It was a Race Red Gt. They seem to be very rare down here in south Texas.

I've seen 2 in the month that I've had my car. A GT at the tint shop I was getting my stang tinted and an ecoboost just driving around.

Funny this thread came up. I (being 16) actually noticed a Competition Orange v6 leaving my school, saw a student driving it, and sure enough saw him again at the gym that night. Told him I drive a race red ecoboost, and told him next time I saw him, I would park next to him. 2 days later, i show up at the gym, and when i go out to leave, he is parked right next to me! This past saturday, I was heading out to go to dinner, and I im sitting at the entrance to my neighborhood trying to enter the main road, when a black 2015 ecoboost pulls in, and she stops, we both roll down our window, and have a conversation. Turns out she lives in my neighborhood, just got her car, and she and I both have manuals. It was both fun and weird having a conversation in the entrance to a neighborhood.

Anyway, just thought i would share my experiences!

They're Out There

I have owned my GT for 4 weeks and just turned 1000 miles. I have not seen another 2015 in traffic. My local Dealer has sold 3 cars an Eco Boost, and two GT's including mine. But I have not seen any of them yet and I live in a pretty populated area.

I saw my first one about a month ago in Orlando (and stalked her). I got mine a week ago and then saw another one in a parking lot a few days ago. (Sanford)

Cool! I guess I would've seen more had I still lived in the Dallas metroplex

I'm also in Dallas and I've only seen one and I wasn't even in mine. My wife also saw one (in Plano).

Other than that, my car is still a Unicorn.

I've had mine a month, but have seen two others in Albuquerque in the past two weeks... A white one and another Ruby Red. We gave each other thumbs-up.

521 miles in car crazy SoCal and aside from 3 on the local lot pre-delivery I haven't seen any in the wild. My local dealer has 4 on the lot. That my change. I do get trailed by lots of Challengers more that Camaro's and tons of BMW's now that I think of it.

We haven't see any in the wild, one in showroom, one on lot, and 4 or 5 that were on truck with ours, but they were on going somewhere else. People are surprise to see us use a Mustang for winter.

Cool are there really? I was in Okmulgee a little less than an hour from Muskogee and drove up to Tulsa a couple times and still couldn't find any out there .

I saw my first '15 on the road yesterday here in Wilmington NC. A red GT that I caught up to. It was only for a minute before I had to make a turn, but looked great in motion. Very jealous since my est. delivery date is early February. BTW-Great story larze123
