Getting ready to do the springs. I've read problems with the front drivers side cradle bolts bolts and mangled threads. I decided to be pro active and pull them one at a time. They all came out and back in no problem however the front drivers had a few threads of metal on them.

I noticed this one doesn't appear to sit in the center of the hole. The others do. It appears either the small bracket is off or the front leg of the cradle is off. Tough to fathom since everything is fixtures when it's welded or stamped.

Have you installed subframe alignment dowels? They might help shore things up.

You might as well buy a kit and through bolt them. Recently read horror story about bolts snapping and the diff walking creating thousands in damage (driveshaft smoked, axles, etc). The design should have always been a through bolt.

The alignment kit is going in at the same time. Also a stud kit instead of bolts

Sorry, thought you were talking about the diff bolts. You stripped the cradle bolts to the frame?
It would be a good idea to install diff. bushings and a through bolt kit (if he hasn’t done so already) while the cradle is unbolted.

No. Just noticed the drivers front cradle bolt had a little more resistance coming out. It seems to be dragging on the bracket that ties the cradle to the frame

That's on the list too. And new camber arms and lock out
