Well it does make a good bumper sticker. Yes I know it balances out. Some places are colder than normal AVG and others are warmer, like here in KY. It has been a very pleasant winter so far.

All predictions said this winter was going to be colder than (normal) AVG this winter for the south east US.

I contend they cannot predict what it will be like next month so how can they predict 100 years from now.
