Ah what a nightmare on the carbon, I had a similar experience with a Seibon wing years ago, I ended up having it stabilised and painted, leaving the carbon showing in key areas, which actually looked fantastic!

Edit, I actually found a pic….

That looks good. The shop did mention the option of painting it, but I actually wanted that massive bonnet in full exposed carbon. I have to say, in the flesh, it looked epic (if you're into carbon).

I like it. It's a big piece of carbon. I like that it retains a factory look since it would have been an option in the US if I could get the handling pack.

Everything has been done except the bonnet, as discussed above, and the rear side window vents. I decided not to do the window vents for two reasons. First, I would not be able to clean the windows easily. Second, nearly everybody hated them.

After this morning's wash by Tino Mobile Car Wash: Car Wash Near Me - London I will post more complete pictures. I'm also working on another YouTube video showcasing the mods.

I did think that. Anderson makes the smaller side lower grilles, but I haven't seen a center lower grille.

Sorry guys, but #6 is not happening. Today, GT101 inspected the bonnet closely and unfortunately its clear-coat had some cracks in it. I appreciate that the guys examined it closely before installing it.

Update: GT101 let me know today that Anderson Composites is sending another carbon fiber bonnet. They expect it to arrive in approximately three weeks. Will keep you posted. Looking forward to seeing that massive piece of exposed carbon fiber.

I think I've made up my mind for the spring mod plan: Velgen 20" Classic5 V2 wheels in brushed titanium, two-piece slotted DBA brake rotors, Steeda: Ultimate Street Stop the Hop kit, two piece front brace and jacking rails. I really hope the Michelin PSS5 tires are available in my sizes by then.

The first one, I'm not drag racing. Later I may add rear diff upgrade bushings. Generally, this though will be the last major mods before FI.
