Revved a little against parking brake - problem?

So, I was an idiot. I was in Track mode and had just backed into my driveway. Still in reverse, put on the parking brake. Next door neighbor, who I can't stand, was standing in the next driveway over, and so I thought I'd rev just a little to bug her.

Unfortunately, I forgot I was in reverse with the parking brake on (and good thing the brake WAS on, in this case). The car barely pushed against the parking brake, then I realized what I was doing.

Any chance of damaging anything?

No, and it's silly, because of course it wasn't full revving since the engine was going through the transmission and pushing against the brake. Just a little nudge against the brake is all.

You don't understand psychical warfare, I have the same neighbor. Every time I start one of my cars. I have the satisfaction of knowing she hears them and is pissed about it.

If you had smacked the wall then how would you have felt? The point is you're getting to her every time you drive the car.

Nope, far more abuse is possible to the rear brakes from advancetrac intervention than what you did there, that's completely harmless.
