Does anyone know if LMR runs black friday sales on their wheels?

Used to pre-covid - but it was something around 10%, nothing that would make them substantially cheaper.

We just bought my woman a set of these in 10/11.
Trying to stick with 40 series sidewalls to avoid lowering springs. Been there done that.
Planning on going with Michelin super sports in the rear. 285 40 19 has an 11.2 inch tread width.
Tire rack says they'll fit in an 11 inch rim but I don't like the stretched look.
Anyone have these tires on an 11 inch rim?
I love to see how they look before buying them.
The other option would be 10 inch square setup.

Why do you want to avoid lowering springs? Do you find them a problem?

Forget it. I've beat this to death. I currently have 19x10 /19x11 with 285-35/19 in the front and 305-35/19 in the rear. I didn't want to lower it and I wanted to keep the same height profile. I also wanted a little more beef to the sidewall because my roads are not the best. The 305 is flush with the rim. I wanted a little more tire bulge, to protect the rim, but I didn't get it. The 285 will be quite stretched. Tire choices get scarce when you get up in that range too. There are more choices if you went with a 20" wheel.

Do you prefer a staggered look or are you just trying to eliminate wheel gap? Personally, I like to run square just from a tire rotation standpoint. As far as the 285/40R19, that’s basically an identical size (overall tire height) as I run with my 285/35R20. Here’s a pic so you can see how that height of a tire looks on stock suspension. Fills the gaps nicely IMO.

But we've already bought the wheels.

Neither of us care about rotating tires, in real life we're far too lazy.....Mainly trying to avoid the stretched tire look and lowering springs.
Lots of road kill to clear and shitty roads.

Got it. Yeah the 285’s will fit on the 11” wheels but they will look a bit stretched. How much depends on the tire. I haven’t come across 285 MPSS on a 10” wheel so not sure how stretched it will look. Maybe check out Fitment Industries website, they have a whole gallery of stuff people put on their cars. They might have some pics of 285’s on 10” wheels (maybe not the specific tires or even a Mustang) that should give you an idea of what it might look like.

If I had the chance to do it again I would not get lowering springs. Even though you get a great look, the issue with speed bumps and driveways, high parking lot entry, etc. was too much of a bother. You have to be too delicate. What I really wanted in retrospect was a level look...the same ride height but without the downward rake.

We're planning on 275/40/19 Michelin 4S or whatever the new SS is.
It's actually 10.2 inch tread width, for her 10 inch fronts, so that's good to know that they'll fit okay.
I'm thinking a 40 series tire with a 10.2 tread width on a 10 inch wheel, should look about like one wit a 11.2 tread width on an 11 inch wheel.
That was my reasoning anyway.
We shall see.
I know it's not gonna matter to HER.

They don't really look stretched very bad at all.
What tire is that?
