Wow, I hate that for you. Im hoping to get mine in for PPF next week.wax…it was caked along the border when I pulled it off.
Don't forget that the non-FJG Mach 1 hood decal has a rough texture and can not have PPF applied over it or the PPF will bubble up. Only the vinyl on the FJG hood is smooth and accepts PPF. Maybe it has changed but it's worth checking. Most people get the PPF cut around the decal since the thickness of the two are fairly close and can't be seen. Ceramic can be put on the entire hood to seal up any slight gaps and protect the vinyl and PPF.Wow, I hate that for you. Im hoping to get mine in for PPF next week.

Trust no one. lol.I replaced my front splitter due to a valet crushing it. Luckily it was on their dime.

While I prefer the red stripes on the black Mach 1, I look forward to seeing the white stripes on your car. Please post pictures when you get it done!I appreciate that.
TBH, I wasn’t upset one bit because I had planned to do the white decals before I got the car. It saved me money and the anxiety of pulling perfectly good stripes off a specialty car.![]()
Use that after. The eraser wheel destroys the big pieces of adhesiveNot automotive goo gone?
The white will look good, post up pictures when you are finished. My car is black as well, I actually like the red with it. My calipers are black, so the red is subtle.I appreciate that.
