No dealers should just be upfront on the pricing and not play games and waste buyers time. If there is a ADM just state it in the add.

Advertising ADMs is probably illegal, and certainly against their franchise agreements. Advertising’s sole purpose is to generate interest and action on the customers’s part. That’s Business 101.

Really depends on if the website says “MSRP/Manufacturer’s…… Price” Or
“(Dealer Name/ Today / “Our” etc… Price”

I’ve seen MSRPs listed all day, which would not include dealer markup, as well as the “Dealer Name - Price including ADM”

I think both are acceptable.

What I think the no, no is would be inflating the MSRP to Include ADM.

But then again, bait and switch implies you physically went into the dealer, and they loured you in and try to upsell you on a different item as they have no intention on selling the one advertised.

That in addition to all the clauses on the websites around incorrect pricing, etc.

Par for the course I guess.

Cars are usually scheduled Thur. Your dealer should know by Friday. They should be able to see in advance if the car is "previewing"- ie being considered for scheduling. But that's only what i've heard, never seen that in action. Considering the sheer number of weeks being scheduled, i'm expecting a LOT of people are going to get their VIN's.

That code orange is a nice color. Like race red but richer. It's gonna stand out in a good way.
