I did, one device per vehicle if you want them all tuned at the same time. Since I have Dodge and a Chevy I would need 3 at a min even if it worked like a MPVI2
Da fuq you riding my back for ? IF you read their website, then you got you're answer. You think everyone wants to be a tuner ? So why you turning this into it ? You buy the device, comes with preloaded tunes, enjoy. You wanna mess with some settings you can. You wanna add sensors, you can through EAS port.

Also @K4fxd the problem in the original post was NOT a problem with the current setup, it WAS a problem with Matthew Kesatie of Kesatie Motorsports who formally tuned my car. I was just trying to figure out where he f'ed up. So I seen where you were trying to go, nice try.

No worries.

I was really big into racing back in the fox body hey days. Participated in many of the fun Ford weekends back then and toured around doing the MM&FF events. Liked the true street class. First with Paxton ball drive then the Vortech A then B then R trims from Lidio. Stroked 332 by J&P Performance. Good times. Still don’t remember Diablosport though.
Matter of fact, spent 2 weeks in Winnipeg breaking in a new motor and was even able to “race” a few of the local folks there doing it. Drove the car from Ontario to Winnipeg breaking it in and getting some miles on it. Noisy and raucous ride with a full cage and all. Had the X 5 speed with the 2.95 first gear.
Them were the days.
So the tunes that come on the Diablosport, can those be altered? Do you start with their base tune or blank slate? Full capability tuning it or only certain parameters? Do you have to buy credits as well like other companies or once you buy the device you’re good to go? Locked to that vehicle only or can you tune multiples with it?

Sorry for the multiple questions. Just trying to figure out exactly what it is. Honestly, I don’t know that I’ve read about anyone else using it. Is there many here using it? Is it just the device or the actual tuner?

thanks!
Diablosport sponsored the FFW Pro 5.0 class for years. They were also sponsors of Donny Walsh’s pro 5.0 car and Murrillos for a while…among many others.

Interesting. Went up against Murillo a few times but didn’t know anything about Diablosport. Or maybe my memory is failing me in the last 30 years.
Thanks for that!

If you don't like the price, don't buy it. Simple.
This shouldn’t be used to stop a debate and I see it used way too much on this forum.

Comparing prices is a good way to put things in perspective for average buyers and keep manufactures accountable for their prices. People who like money weigh the costs and benefits of what they are buying. If diablosport is more expensive for not a lot of benefit, then they are overpriced. Maybe some people want to pay for their specific product. But we should be able to argue about whether they are overpriced without being shutdown by “if you don’t like the price don’t buy it”.

Cause I'm not here to debate the price of anything as k4fxd clearly was. I was ONLY looking for answers to these questions:
1. At what RPM does the IMRC goes full open ?
2. What other compensating factors is required when going IMRC delete? ignition timing ? Cam timing ? Both ?
3. Is it ok to run 'as is' for now? There's just some slight bucking under 2000 rpm, and sometimes it stalls when coming to a stop.
To answer question 1 : 3250 RPM
To answer question 2: All this

To answer question 3: Yes

I totally get not wanting to turn this post into a debate about diablosport and their prices / tunes.

Just stating that I think that argument of if you don’t like the price don’t buy it isn’t a good argument.

From the screen shots the software is the same, as I suspected due to all the tuning software companies hacking the Ford software.

Fwiw the Diablo software is not a consumer based package. It’s set up for dealers who do lots of tuning, and priced as such.

Makes sense. Just saying that people should be able to debate the price.

Even from a dealer stand point I don't see the advantage unless you have Ford access and 100% table definitions.

If you do I will pay the money
