2021 Mustang Mach 1 Orders to be cancelled because commodity shortages

We've probably sold 70ish mach ones for the year. These 12 will be cancelled.

Have you reached out to everyone yet that got cancelled? Can I assume if I haven't heard from you guys yet I'm safe for now?

So since my order was canceled, my mods that were sent in advance to Granger Ford for the Mach are now on their way to my place...I'll be selling all to try to recoup a little of the expense. Once they're home, I'll take pics and place them on the Marketplace of this website.

can't you declare a mechanical and do low passes circling Ford HQ with 20deg flaps and engines at full standard power for an hour while some lackey walks into the office and hands in a demand letter?

I feel very hopeless now. Mine is exact same build except an A10 transmission ordered on 08/28

that is good news then I think/hope. Means Ford still thinks they can get most built. A number of them are 700A/HP/Tremec cars?

As someone who has played the 7 month waiting game, I really, really feel terrible for you guys whose cars were cancelled. I recognize many of you as fellow waiters for a long time and can’t imagine that it could possibly have gotten worse, but it has. Nothing anyone says will fix the problem and it’s a horrible shame that it happened. One day you’ll all find yourselves in a car you enjoy again but that won’t make you feel better today. Best of luck guys, we are rooting for you.

I really don't know what to do now. Every Mach 1 on a dealer lot is marked up or a bait and switch. I think my only option is a 2022. If I choose that route, I would hope Ford tries to do something for people who had their orders cancelled. Not real thrilled about the HP loss either.

For those wondering my order that was cancelled was on 5/14, 700A, Tremec, Handling, Elite package, Appearance package, and Nav.
