The r2s definitely run smaller than the mp4s in overall width (so do the g2s). I'm running stock pp1 wheels with 275/40s in the back but my mp4s used to bulge over and the r2s/ g2s are flush with the rims. That said I wouldn't try to squeeze a 305 on a 9.5 rim.

So I'm set on the NT55R2's for the rear, but I've read people don't run them past like 30 PSI for optimal performance, I'm planning on getting 305/35r19 but the recommended range is 10"-12" for the 305 size and my rim depth is 9.5", I was also told that these tires run smaller for some reason and they will fit (couple of YT videos and forums) but I'm scared it might come off if I run it at 30PSI, thoughts?
I'd get 275/40/19's for a 9.5" wheel. 305 Is not designed to be on a 9.5" wheel. On the plus side, the 275's are taller which will also help with traction. Here is my 305's on 11" wheels.

How much boost are you going with? Wider tires doesn't always equate to better traction.

Im going with 10PSI of boost, and im hoping I can possibly keep upgrading and doing more to reach around 700rwhp. Although this is a daily car so I don’t want to go too insane with it

At 650-700WHP, you should hook fine on the street even with the 275's. Over 800, the RII's start to exhibit lots of spin on the street. You need wider wheels if you really want to run the 305's.

running a 275/50r17 DR on my centri car. after a small burnout I dead hook from a stop. Havent done many rolls though to provide input. Centri cars are mild from a dig since you arent in boost in the lower RPMs. basically the same as doing a dig NA

i have had multiple cars with all of these blowers !!! just my opinion here Vortech is my go to for a centrifigul i never broke one of those head units and always ran them past there recomended rpm always made great power too and Iats were always great , had a novi1500 and 2200 both blower head units i destroyed the bearings in before 3300 miles went through 2 each before getting them sorted out but made great power , had multiple twin screw cars and not to be insulting but they belong on trucks and busses great for torque low and mid but i always made victims out of them on the top end charge with centris .the other great thing about roots blowers are if your oven breaks you can still cook eggs on top !!! procharger on the other hand is decent but not my favorite ,would definatley choose it over a PD ...I didnt hate my pd cars but they sure never ran up top like my centris have or turbo cars !!!!if you like tire smoke and whine go PD if you want Smooth and Fast go Centri !!!!!

My P1X is building boost within 1 second. I honestly don't feel any lag with it.

Same with my P1X, there is no lag with my set up. With a centri and the A10 I can be in serious boost in about 1 second or less.

Mine has tremendous mid-range and a top-end charge that befits the Coyote motor.

Could be because im still on basically a dinner plate pulley (~6-7 lbs), but my 60ft times from NA to FI were almost identical off the footbrake. I would still say you arent going to see the same shock to the tires with a centri as you would a PD unit. Im sure it comes on harder / sooner as you go down in pulley size.

A 10speed car and pulley swap there’s almost no lag. It has just enough lag to get you moving and then it comes on hard as fu@k. It’s a perfect combination for a dig. My 2 cents

True. I'm on a 15# pulley, so that's why I don't feel a lag.
