Congrats! The Iconic Silver is so hard to beat if you want a lighter color with some great metallic depth and ability to change in varying lights.

How do you feel the satin Magnetic accents on the spoiler, mirror caps, and front bumper go with the Iconic?

GF has a 2020 Fusion in Iconic Silver. Definitely better than the old silver. Not sure I want to have the same color car as her but it does look pretty good on a Mustang. It works with the Mach 1 stripe package. Though I really like black and white M1's as well. The stipes with the red accents work on all three of those colors. Won't get black unless I can afford full vehicle PPF (which is what I planning for in budget). Silver and White would be better for those extremely hot days.

Already finished the break-in period just running errands. Just need to perform the first oil change.

Really like it as opposed to gloss black. But the car color would definitely affect that opinion.

your day was more entertaining than mine, I rebuilt the tailgate on my bronco, new window motor, new latch mechanism, window slides as good now as it did the day it was brand new.

Did you go with the base wheels for comfort and daily use vs the limited Cup2s with the wide wheels?

Went with the base wheels with all-seasons because you're not supposed to drive the Cup 2's below 45F. There will be plenty of days between now and April when I want to take it to work but the temp will be well below 45. Having driven both sets back to back, there is a bit of tramlining with the HP setup that isn't there with the base setup, but in general they don't feel too different in normal driving.

I believe @Charlemagne is more versed into the logistics, so I guess he will answer that (well, he already did). It is interesting to say though that compared to the population / buying power to the other EU countries there were quite a few Mach 1s sold in CZ, far more than for example in France (maybe @Pichon could comment on that) or Austria (I do not know I there is anyone from there here, but I read there were like 8 Mach 1s officially ordered), which is because of high penalties charged for CO2 emissions in those countries.

EU is basically making everything to kill the ICEs in favor of the electromobility, while using the money collected on the gas taxes (and on CO2 penalties) to subsidize the EVs, when at the same time, our power grid is already at its limits. Mach 1 is the swan song of the American muscle in Europe and the MadMaxian dystopia was never closer.

Today, officially, there are 3 mach 1 in order in France, 2 for customers (both in FJG), 1 ordered by a group of dealership, to showcase it (and for personnal use of the boss)

Fantastic pics. As much as I love (and own) the Iconic Silver, I've come to realize that I like the Handling Pack cars in almost every color. Good work getting that ceramic on there so soon! Did you find that it changed the matte appearance of the magnetic trim at all?
