Somebody that lives around me has a lowered, straight-piped auto V6. I ended up next to him stopped in traffic. No offense to the 3.7, but it sounds like shit without a resonator / muffler. I guess if you can't be fast, you should at least sound obnoxious. Is that the logic?

I might step on some toes here but I can't understand why that horrible honeycomb pattern taillight covers for cars has become so damn popular... it looks like shit

It is because of the honey bees and protecting the environment.

You see, the idea is that if you put honeycomb on the car, somehow this reduces harmful emissions coming out of the go-faster bolt on tune. In theory, it works in catalytic converters because they typically have a honeycomb pattern inside also.

In addition, putting on a high deck spoiler with no aerodynamic benefit will gently deflect the bees above the airstream, preventing them from smashing into the grille or windshield of the next car behind you.

Personally if I'm,buying a high horsepower car I only buy new.you never know what previous owners maybe have done,or not done.definitley get car fax if looking used
