Just as you said they answered me tonight which is odd hours and sent me a website to go pick a green color. I informed them again that I need need for green color code AJ. I also said can they send me a plain ball so I can have it painted myself. We’ll see what they say.

Are you sure it's painted and not a colored resin ? Seems a shifter knob would be considered high wear. So the resin would be tinted........... think Q ball

Website says made of stainless steel and then powder coated. Wonder how hot it gets in the blazing sun...

Sounds durable, ...... a color code and the powder colors (guessing) have no connection for an exact match. Could have different hews for the base color, as in close, acceptable.

I did a custom paint job on one there products that was a color they did not have .I Had to strip it down .It was like a epoxy enamel. Some airplane paint stripper made quick work of it .

You can sand it off from the back to keep the OE look :

I need to find me a friend like that. Have been wanting to get this done. What kind of safety precautions do you need, does he just lean out of a passenger window of another car or what?

Installed:
Splash guards from CJ Pony Parts
Black Ford GT lug nuts
Bullitt wheel caps from 5 Spurs

Oooh, I like the wheel cap and lug nuts. Might need to procure this for my Bullitt.
Damn it. I need to stop dumping cash into this bad boy.

LOL
62k?!?! That would take me like 12 years or more. :giggle:
😳

62k took me 10 months to get to. Of course minus 27k from it when I bought the car last year. Y'all need to drive more instead of hiding your cars. Life is short get out and drive.
Exactly. 18mos in (from new), 27k miles and counting! 1,500mi/mo on average, I think I'm a tad above the national average of 1,125. I think it used to be 12k mi/yr on average, they bumped it up to 13,500mi/yr.
