I tried search and found nothing. Has anyone done this and was it worth anything? The manufacturer says great things, but that is to be expected.

Who is the manufacturer? What are their claims? I run a larger ported one on the Vette and there is definitely a difference. I can't say it would be the same on the Mustang.

Tuning for it and driveabilty would also be questionable for almost no gains if NA.

I went with a factory GT350 87mm throttle body for $155 and a $60 Blowfish Racing adapter instead of a $500 aftermarket throttle body.

ScottDay at HoustonHouseofHorsepower claims they're a solid upgrade for an NA setup. Supposedly they never saw a notable improvement until the Gen3 platform and on those it really took off. Not my words.

BBK's website advertises 8-12 horsepower gain for darn near $600! The only case a bigger throttle body makes sense is forced induction. I could think of several other options for more power for a similar price. An E85 tune or longtube headers is better bang for your buck.

With my Gen 1 Yote, I had nothing but issues from a BBK throttle body. For pretty much no horsepower gain, why risk drivability problems?

His posts made claims of 15-20 at the tire for a typical bolt-ons setup. $600 for 10ish horsepower is a lot, but so is $300+ to pick up 5hp porting a manifold yet EVERYBODY does that. What's the difference? I've had 2 of the 90mm BBKs now, one on the last truck and one on this 15 truck I have now and I've had no issues at all. But I also buy them from the refurbished section on the BBK site so I don't pay retail and they're supposedly recently gone through. Maybe that makes a difference, maybe not

When I put it on I also loaded a new tune, but I do believe their was a little improvement. I was already running E85, long tubes, exhaust, but for a little over $200 it’s one of the cheapest mods and I’d do it again
