Just curious, which pads do you use on track?Nope no noise, the bit initially is not as good as the stock pads, however everything after is the same.

Stock are amazing, good bite and very little fade after.Just curious, which pads do you use on track?
Did they produce a lot less brake dust than the stock pads ?Powerstop Z26 were on my car for about 10,000 miles, but just took them off as they suffer at extreme brake temperatures.
During that time they made great street pads though. It was only repeated heavy braking on downhill mountain roads that would push them past their capabilities.
Almost none. Great street pad and cheap.Did they produce a lot less brake dust than the stock pads ?
Personally, I cannot fathom why anyone would buy a performance car and then put on inferior parts that hinder both performance and safety to avoid a little wheel washing. Instead of putting crappy pads on your car that will ruin your pedal feel, increase your stopping distances, and risk brake fade if you ever drive the car even close to the manner designed, why not just get a nice ceramic coating on your wheels and brake calipers and hose them off for 5 minutes once every few weeks? Ceramic coating on my wheels and calipers cost $300 when the car was new. Cleaning them was a breeze.Did they produce a lot less brake dust than the stock pads ?
Thanks for the response ! I have those pads on order and i just recieved a set of G-Loc GS-1 ‘s .Almost none. Great street pad and cheap.
Stock. I like brakes that work. The entire car was ceramic coated before it had 15 miles on it , what brake pads do you have on your car ?
Throw the G-loc’s on there now and you’ll never need the hawks ;)Thanks for the response ! I have those pads on order and i just recieved a set of G-Loc GS-1 ‘s .
Iam trying to decide which set to try out first …..![]()
Thanks for the tip .This is a temporary fix….it does work.
Make sure your wheels are clean and dry before application. If you do spray it on wet wheels, it won’t work. If you spray it on wheels with a little water in the lug pockets then pull your car into the garage, you’ll get visible runs.

Hope all is well , i just wanted to say thanks , i went with the power stop pads and iam 100% satisfied . I think you where right on with the 80 percent less dust estimate .My self and 2 friends run the PowerStop Z26 carbon fiber ceramic pads. 18, 19 and a 20R. About 80 percent less dust ( imo )and we are all very happy with the performance of them. Just my .02 cents.
