Currently have a six speed 2019 RS3. Had the car 15 Months. Over that time went from Stock Shifter, Steeda Tri-Axe to MGW with a Raceseng 330G Knob.

MGW and this shifting knob is great Combo. Now for the observation. I switched to the Calimer Cocktail at 4000Mile. It worked well, but 3rd gear remained a PIA. Under normal throttle, had to fully depress clutch to the floor and hit the gate dead on. If not, it didn't grind, but there was a catch. Under WOT, no problem. I just switched to BG Transmission fluid. It is definitely getting smoother especially third gear. Today was hot and I was showing trans/Rear Diff temps at 145 degrees. Huge difference as all resistance for 3rd gear gone.

Supposedly - Calimer has come out and said don't use the "cocktail" for the MT82-D4 ('18 and up). My '19 has had zero issues since swapping in a MGW shifter when it was a couple of months old. I switched from the factory fill (17K miles) last week to BG Syncro Shift II - and the difference is noticeable with respect to smoothness of gear engagement.

How many quarts of BG Syncro Shift II are needed to do a proper fill on the MT82-D4 tranny? I’ve always had the 3rd gear nibble in my 2019 Bullitt and I’m currently at 4.5K miles. I would like to,get rid of that and make It shift much more smoothly.

Agree BG is the way to go, nothing better. I have used this product as far back as the 1980's.
It has earned its reputation, a product that actually does as it's advertised.

BG distributors are hard to find in my area, but I was able to purchase four quarts of the Synchro Shift II on Ebay for $45 shipped. It took almost exactly 3 quarts (just shy of 3 quarts) to fill my '19 MT82. I already had a pump so I really didn't need another.

I found this same deal on eBay and am amazed at how much better the transmission shifts now. $45 well spent. I added a steeda tri ax race shifter as my first mod when I got my car

It shifts better - don't get me wrong - but the MGW shifter I added when I first got the car was a HUGE difference. The biggest difference I've noticed so far with the BG fluid is when coming to a stop and putting the transmission in 1st gear - it's A LOT smoother.
