so there are only circa 213-240 Mustang Mach 1's in the Country?
No idea mate. As I understand it there have been general delays in all Mustangs in the UK (the world I believe have new car supply issues) due to parts problems and the pandemic.so there are only circa 213-240 Mustang Mach 1's in the Country?
Haha I don't just yet , however I have it on good authority that the allocation for the UK was 3 per performance DealerNo idea mate. As I understand it there have been general delays in all Mustangs in the UK (the world I believe have new car supply issues) due to parts problems and the pandemic.
I wouldn't start thinking you have some sort of rare collection item just yet
TC Harrison had a Mach 1 up for sale not that long ago as did Think Ford recently and may well still have it.
Yep the usual sales tactic on new models. Give them time to sort out production and they will make as many a dealer can shift.Haha I don't just yet , however I have it on good authority that the allocation for the UK was 3 per performance Dealer
I mean it does have a fat ass ''Mach 1'' on the side of it.Yep the usual sales tactic on new models. Give them time to sort out production and they will make as many a dealer can shift.
Saying the above the Mach 1 in my opinion will still be a rare sight due to its premium over the GT unless some deals start to happen which they may. So for now yes the Mach 1 is the Mustang to have of you want exclusivity, although Mustang owners are probably the only people that can distinguish between the two
My Focus has 'TITANIUM' in big letters on the back but what that means to most people Is trim levelI mean it does have a fat ass ''Mach 1'' on the side of it.
I take your point of the sale tactic but Productions numbers have already been confirmed in Aus and NZ (700&20)

I think he meant 'FordStore' basically dealers who can sell RS and Mustang lines of new cars. Most large dealers seem to be FordStores' and 71 dotted around the country is a good proportion of dealers I imagine. What's a performance store ?
Maybe they are, but I wasn't aware my local dealer was one of those. The second closest dealer also sells mustangs.

Last I spoke to my dealer, they had two Mach 1's coming over - I think they said one was a FJG customer order and the other was just a generic purchase for the forecourt (like most of the GT's my dealer shifts)

Salesman bullshit, there may well be 2 FordStores in Manchester itself but at least 7 if you include dealers in the general north west. It's not a huge area by any means.Yeah I have called 10+ plus dealers by now, what you'll find is most Mach 1's coming in are already sold to customers, There are a few coming in here and there. In manchester for e.g the guy told me theres only 2 dealerships than can sell the mustang and Rs cars and they have been allotted 3 each
could be, I'm hopeful the mach 1 will be limited , looks that way rnSalesman bullshit, there may well be 2 FordStores in Manchester itself but at least 7 if you include dealers in the general north west. It's not a huge area by any means.

Old trafford and chester I believe authorised to sell the Mach 1Who are the ford stores in Manchester ?
Maybe I've just been lucky with the two I drive past but I have seen Mustangs in Bristol street (Bolton) and Pentagon (Warrington).
Both Bristol and Pentagon have multiple locations in the surrounding areas (Wigan, St Helens, Runcorn etc).
