Just seen this, mine was also registered as Maroon. I hadn't noticed it on the V5, and was a bitch to get changed - obviously the dealer was as helpful as a chocolate teapot and I had to get paperwork from Ford UK.
I want to say it was over 100. I can't be SURE but I think it was a little over 100.
There was a post on here literally years back now, where the figures were broken down; colours, manual/auto, V8/EB, which is what I may or may not be remembering correctly.
CO was discontinued in fairly short order and you don't see a lot of them out and about so I expect NFG to be the same.
Don't understand Ford's reasoning behind their colour choices whatsoever. OW was one of the least popular choices yet when they re-jigged their paint choices they dropped CO, kept OW AND added another shade of white! WTF?!
