So I've never really been a fan of the 3:31 gearing in my car, they just feel way to long, especially for a car thats powerband lives higher up in the RPMS. That said, most people seem to say in boosted mustangs you want the longer gearing, and when I'm on the go pedal taking it all the way up it's not to bad, however day to day driving just seems lack luster. Even if I want to do a little stab, I gotta wind it up to 4k rpms or there about before I can really feel the boost. After that it's more or less fine, but for my driving style, I don't get to feel it often enough. Do you guys think it would be worth the effort/cost to put some 3:55s out back? Is that something I'll notice? I figure it'll spin up a bit quicker and I'll be going a little slower when I feel the boost hit. Or is it not gonna be enough of a change to really notice and I'd be better off just selling the Paxton kit and getting a PD blower for my driving style? I feel like the longer gearing and PD blowers would work out better than longer gears and a centri car for day to day fun.
