Not anymore, but I did own one for 3.5 years and put 33,000 miles on a 2016 GT350. Trust me, there's a huge difference. Maybe the newer Mustangs with active exhaust are louder, but my 2017 GT is really quiet. A little too quiet. And I thought the GT350 was too loud in quiet mode on startup. That Voodoo really barks when it fires to life.

The 2015-2017 GT stock exhaust was a crime for 90% of mustang owners. It's almost like they did it on purpose to drive the after market sales. If you want more volume and a bit of a more exotic sound out of your GT, I would highly recommend the Corsa Sport cat back exhaust. they do have a louder "extreme" version, but it's just loud.... not as much character as the sport in my opinion...

I've noticed lately that the prices of R's have gone up a ton and GT350 prices are rising too. Might want to get one soon before they become crazy priced!

Interesting that your original thread was initiated near the end of March and here we are some 2 months later and suggest that not much has changed when it comes to increased pricing on the GT350 and the GT350R.

One vehicle that I will be interested to watch will be "F0010" which is a 2015 GT350R as it is scheduled to go across the auction block at BJ in Las Vegas in ~3 weeks.

It is a low mileage car and based on my research it is 1 of 5 R's that was painted in Avalanche Gray and the only Avalanche Gray car that came with Black OTT stripes.

All 5 AG cars were equipped with the Technology Package as there were no Base R's assembled in AG for 2015.

For any of you out there with some deep pockets here is your chance to own 1 of the 37 R's from the very rare 2015 MY.

Here we go again. One of my favorite specs on the R and the first one I've seen come up for sale (since I've been looking regularly going back over 8 months). Given the very low mileage, it being a 2019, and rare spec with the FP blue with the black roof, I'm going to predict 80k hammer.

I'm sure it's vinyl but I think it's pretty sweet. If it's painted I agree that will probably negatively effect the price. Hope that's not the case.

It will be interesting to see where the price on this R ends up and if it reaches $80K I will be a bit surprized based on a possible roof issue, PPF that has a distinct film line and some other small issues.

If I owned this car I would at least given it a good cleaning/detailing as that is certainly not the case with this owner.

Lastly, I could be wrong but if you look at the way this car sits I am suggesting that this car has been driver with the polyurethane shipping blocks still intact in the F/R springs of this car?

Completely agree. The negative stuff is crap, the car has 355 miles on it. I’d bet those that tend to be negative on a vehicle like this didn’t vet there spouse’s to a tenth of what there subjecting this sale to.

That’s pretty critical view of a person asking if the roof tattoo is vinyl or permanent? 355, who cares about the mileage—there’s a couple for sale that are low. Here’s one at 25 miles, and in a rarer color.

But let’s talk about low mileage—that’s a seller who is aiming to say that his vehicle is in prestine brand new condition, perfect for a car collection. A car collector who wants a car still in its wrapper and without any use will want a car as close to stock as possible.

Selling a car aimed at that market is fine if the car is completely stock, but here you have a person who modified the vehicle—personalized it, and just like any other things, personalizations are not everyone’s cup of tea. Try selling a house in a funky color.

What’s interesting is most people who personalize choose to keep it as their own, this person changed their mind pretty quick—within 350 miles, they decided to take it from their own car with their own modifications and preserve it for sale. Most people if they decided to preserve it would take off all modifications and put it back to stock. He didn’t, is it because it thinks that they are awesome upgrades or because they are non removable?

Now I don’t recall anyone, myself included saying that it won’t sell but that those personalizations like the roof, if permanent, could hurt the price, and many buyers will want to know if it is paint or removable. The seller clearly likes it, he has shown it off in multiple pictures to highlight it, but will every buyer like it? No. Some will have questions and if it is permanent, some will walk away. There are too many low mileage GT350Rs out there that people have been storing away for years just for the car to be discontinued and the market to be on fire like the vehicle that I linked to that are unmodified factory examples of the same vehicle.

No, that is not the question and I dont recall anyone saying anything about PPF lines. It is the question of whether the logo on the roof is paint or if it is in the vinyl wrap or protective film. If it is removable then no issue, if it is paint then that may effect the final price.

You obviously missed my point as the PPF lines are not a big issue but certainly could be cleaned up with a little elbow grease and would end up looking a great deal better.

I assume that the consignor wants top dollar for his car and assuming that is the case why would the seller not take some time to detail the outside of his car, wheels, tires along with detailing the entire engine compartment which looks like it has not been touched since it left the FRAP?

Take a close look at all of the pictures after which time it is evident that very little work if any that went into cleaning up this car for the listing let alone it looks like this R may have been driven from day one with the polyurethane shipping blocks still in place.

As one member mentioned earlier all of these issues point to an owner who seems to be disinterested in this vehicle and begs the question as to how it was broken in from day?
