I got the 700A with the HP, FJG, Elite pkg, Appearance pkg. I'm hearing the HP option is what has delayed it.
Just a wild guess but the Elite pig may have chip dependencies. A friend ordered a Porsche, many of them are sitting completed but can't be shipped because the TPMS module isnt available.

Update for mine just got pushed to August 7th. Order March 15th, initial build was May 8th. Won't be surprised to see September. Oh well the wait continues
almost the same for me. Ordered March 16, original build May 3. Now July 5!

Looks like they finished building only US orders made up to February or beginning of March. My eu order comes from November last year, I signed contract on January 6th and first build date was March 5th. Then it went downhill and now I'm looking on delivery in September at best. No point asking dealer for a date anymore until the factory opens again. At least I can make some money for full wrap PPF and 20" wheels for next summer

Right? guess I could put myself on the email list, since it was too difficult for the dealers “internet specialist” to do. I’d worry about him reading this, but really? Check your spam mail he said. Wtf dude.
95% of dealers are useless.

let’s face it there is very little chance to see our cars this summer. Shame.

I ordered in November and had the same March 5th initial build date for my UK car. It was built (with a large number of UK RHD cars) on the 29th of March and arrived in the UK docks on the 18th of this month. I will be collecting within a few days, I hope. However, some others with the same dates were half-built when FR closed down. So there doesn't really seem to be any order or pattern to how these were scheduled and built. I hope you get some good news soon.

You got lucky. They clearly did some of the early EU orders but not all. UK, Germany, CZ, Poland, Bulgaria got a few cars from what I noticed on the web. Looks like they picked mostly FJG orders, and your Grabber Yellow which was in promo shots :)
The waiting is worth it, there's no other car I'd rather buy anyway. Wouldn't mind delivery in April 2022 in the end either. But I think I'll get in line as soon as the factory opens again.

Ordered end of April. Previously it was Aug 9 production. Then it moved to July end production and now it says the order is still in the system and will be added to the first week of production available.

Looks like folks from February are going to get it in July/August. Well my end of April order is not coming any time before October/November.

I wonder if at that point I say screw it and get a 2022 car. :/

your correct. Why would we wait for a 21 when you can’t even drive it (east coast). I’m sure 22 will have something different. I will play this out and cancel most likely

Once we‘re in 22, the s650 will be only a few more months away and we wait for that.... I’m pretty good with what I ordered in April. I think the odds are still good for august delivery. 2022s probably won’t get to anyone before next Jan or Feb. What could a 2022 offer? Don’t care about new colors, I’m getting black. Sync 4 won’t happen. What else is there? There’s no more torque to be had. People like me that Vroomed their cars last month can’t suffer forever.

Honestly if it’s between October/November vs Feb/March, i’ll definitely go for 2022. It’s less about what more 2022 could offer and more about how long I would rather get a newer model than a year old one.

Do you think S650 will have something to offer that Mach 1 doesn't have? Not talking about looks since I can't imagine anything better than current looks. Doubt hardware would be improved, especially considering base GT Premium PP1 equivalent (base in Europe) will be the only thing available in Europe and it's a question if we even get V8. They can add things like HUD that I don't need or tablet that I despise (Mach-E is crazy in this regard). I doubt we'll get V8 hybrid, and V6 hybrid will still be just V6. S197 kickstarted it and looked decent, but for me S550 combines the best look with best power and Mach 1 now adds best handling at a great price compared to other coupe cars (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche).

So I asked myself in January, even if I could wait easily for S650, why would I? Mach 1 ticks all the boxes of a dream car that I would like to keep and enjoy forever. Nothing will change regarding this even if I get the car in 2022.

S650 in the early years will probably not have a car closer to a Mach 1; so for me S650 is out of the question. However, if Mach 1 deliveries are so delayed for this year, I'd rather get next years Mach 1 (assuming Mach1 1 will be a 2 year show).
