Manual gets the tax.
Early orders like mine had the tax on the A10 that is now not on window stickers.

Mine is a manual, so I definitely don't have an argument to make lol.

I think a really seasoned driver would get closer to 5MPG as I am still not keeping the RPMs quite as high as they could be in some parts of the track.
