@Warpath how did the Steeda jacking rails fit? any feedback on the quality and effectiveness? I wanted to order while they are on sale if they are worth while. thanks, jim

They fit good. The only thing I ran into was some seam sealer that wouldn't let them lay flat.

Getting the front XPEL covered and eventually the entire car.
Otherwise, it doesn’t need anything else, at least for me to have fun with it

I use liquid glass, two coats applied and soon it goes in for XPEL.
Nothing else needed from a performance standpoint.

Yes, works extremely well, I like to have a few layers before the XPEL is added.

Chris: If your PPF shop is up to snuff, at the very least they are probably going to decontaminate her with some strong detergent and or solution and then clay bar it before filming. HOPEFULLY they will go the full mile and paint correct the car as well. That will take anything you put on, off. Film adhesive wants non-slippery paint so it can adhere best.

I put on Steeda's jacking rails, but don't think you can go wrong with either brand. They make life a little easier when jacking the car up.

I'm hoping mine help getting out of my driveway. My driveway is sinking do to tree roots and the sidewalk is rising. I now have a crest when trying to leave the driveway. Hoping this will help with the pinch welds scraping. No entry or exit angle is helping. I need to break down and just replace my old driveway and have it graded correctly.

I use a Wireless Apple CarPlay Adapter (CPLAY2AIR) and don't like it plugged into the USB port in the dash so I replaced the single USB module in the console storage with a dual USB module (HC3T-14F014-BD). I needed a dual USB in the console storage because I use a USB LED light (ice blue color) to light up the storage area. While I could have just bought a USB adapter for the 12 volt outlet in there, I wanted to keep that free for future additions/mods.

@marklboris - is the dual USB just a simple swap or did you have to run a different cable from the new part back to the head unit?
