Can't Send Dirs To Car In Ford Pass

Hey,
I need some help.

Just picked up the car today. I activated my car and got it all connected. But, when I search directions in Ford Pass there's no way to send the directions to the car. The Sales Manager had an iPone and it worked fine on his but there's no option on my Android. Is this a bug? Does it mean that it won't work on Android only ipone?

Are you talking about sending Navigation directions? I don't think it is Ford Pass sending the directions but rather Car Play and Android Auto. I may be off if you are not talking about navigation directions. I use Waze and if you input on your phone and then plug in to use Android Auto, those directions will show up on your car's screen when you choose Waze.

Yes, sending navigation directions. The Sales Manager had an option on his phone to send directions from within Ford Pass to the car. It came up as an option along with Google maps, waze etc. My phone has no such option. I can only send to Nav apps. Not the Ford Nav app.

Let me check mine real quick. I'm guessing you must be staying at your halfway point on your way back from picking up your car. Congrats

I looked it up under the help function built in to the Ford Pass App.

There is No Send To Vehicle button. It's not there.

I am not sure if you need to be in the vehicle with bluetooth on or plugged in to USB for it to show up. You don't like using WAZE or the google maps directly on the vehicles screen?

I tend to use Android Auto for almost everything. The one app I don't like using with Android Auto is Amazon Music....it makes it so confusing, unlike Spotifly.

On my C7 I went into the app found a place and sent directions to the car Nav. I love having that option.
These are my only options.

Did you try clicking open with one of the three apps listed on the bottom and see if they allow you to send. I'm thinking the "Maps" one might allow it. Pancake House sounds interesting.

I drove from CO to GA in February and then back to CO a couple of weeks ago. It took me 2 1/2 days, I am never doing it again.
