Mine is working as expected, v2.26.0, confirmed no new version just now. Have you force quit the app and fired it up again? Looks like it's very much by design - have you started your car? Is it on WiFi for updates?

Thays why I don't have auto update on any of my cars.if I can see the new update has something I want,then I just use USB. Much quicker
