Best Diff Fluid for Daily 2016 Mustang GT

Hello,

I have a 2016 Mustang GT California Special (Doesn't have torsen diff). I am about to reach 30k miles and my next oil change is coming up. I hear some noises coming from the rear when cruising, so I decided to change the diff fluid( never tracked, daily driven hard). What do you guys recommend? What's the capacity? I hear Redline and BG are pretty solid choices. Thanks in advance!

Thank you! Friction modifier is mandatory? I see Redline and other brands already have them in there?

Yes they are Mandatory. some gear oils have them in it, amsoil has it seperate.
