Is there a way to fix this scratch

Go to a wrecking yard and find a piece of black trim to practice on first. You can use a heat gun, but if your technique isn't right, you will just create a blotchy patch that doesn't match the rest of the panel. A propane torch with a small flame can also be used.

Haha! It works. But it can also go very badly.

I'm not saying I would try the torch on a door panel, but I have to admit to using it on other plastic items with great success.

Be patient, start far away and go slowly ...

e.g. Mild scuffs in fords all weather floor liners can be removed really well with a torch.
