Will the pro cal 4 with the calibration tune be sold separately?

I already have a Bullitt throttle body, Cold air intake and ford performance throttle body adapter...

I see that the pro cal tool is sold but how do I buy the tool and access to the tune?

Based on previous power pack offerings probably not most likely due to warranty concerns. I can chat with FP tomorrow to see if there will be an offering though.
