Yes they are and have been. We have not heard anything new about not going through with. Typically the last steps that take the longest is getting CARB approved.

California Air Research Board. Manufacturers need to get this approval in order to offer their products for sale in CA. Ford Performance does plan to offer the Performance Pack in California so there has been talk that this may be the hold up.
