i know there’s a lot of threads on oil and filters but I’ve not seen any comparing the ford racing FL820 and the Amsoil EAO11.

Any thoughts?

I run the ea017 on my 2018 mustang, its big and works fine it seems.
Yeah that’s what I’ve been using as well. I just know that a lot of people including ford racing recommend the 820. And since the eao11 is the amsoil version of that I would think it would be another step up in filter quality.

I really think the filtration quality would be the same across all amsoil filters, the only difference I was thinking is the size and capacity, but I dont know for sure. I cut open a eao17 and it seemed really good quality.
