I have tried both numbers and the Utah number either doesn't even go through or goes to a full voicemail and the Charlotte number the lady never answers and goes to voicemail. Nice to know this is how ford handles answering thousands of people who paid 60k plus for a car.

I called all day yesterday and even left a voice message, but no one ever called me back. I resorted to my old strategy of continuous calling until someone picked up. I wouldn't recommend trying to speak to anyone in particular in trying to register for the event. As long as you can get someone on the phone to pick up the god damn phone, you're golden to getting yourself registered for the event this year. I'm attending the April 12th event.

I called several times yesterday and left voicemails at both numbers. I called again once this morning. Then just before lunch they called me back and I registered for June 10-11.

I have been calling all day and I have selected every option.
I get the same voice message on every option "You have reached the Sales Department after hours, and to call back during business hours."

I then called today and entered option #1 and got through with a gentleman that registered me (although I never received a confirmation email as he said I would). Since I called and left a message immediately after the classes were opened and never received a call, I don't think a call order is likely being followed?

Called this morning for the Charlotte number and got answered right away from Jill she was awesome and finally got signed up in 4 minutes. Did the July 1-3 two day figured wouldn't have to worry about cold/rain.

Cold no...rain....hell yes. It's NC dude. Summer shower from Thunderstorms is a regular thing. But of course the spring is just as bad. Sept is the best month for weather.

Called today again at noon....same straight to message.
