Traded up to 2019 R

Just traded in my AG 2016 Tech for a PB 2019 R. I had been upgrading my car (transmission cooler, Android auto, etc) but decided to take the fast route to a real track setup. My Tech transmission cooler works as good as the one in the R but is a lot noisier and I figured would get even louder if I added a rear differential cooler. I had a list of other upgrades needed, most notably the seats. All solved with the R! I had always thought I would move up to a Porsche, but this car seems like it will be more fun on a daily basis.

I drove over 500 miles from Northern Colorado down to Albuquerque to get the deal and color I wanted. I paid MSRP with no other dealer fees and got $39K for my car with over 19K miles. To save the carbon wheels and Cup2 tires from the many Colorado construction zones, I brought down my Forgestar winter wheels. @50 Deep was a great help and provided lug nuts that work great on the longer R front wheel studs. I can't wait to use my new Signature wheels as soon as summer comes and will use the carbon wheels for the track. This will be my daily driver, except on the big snow days, just like my Tech.

Thanks! Yeah, I also slapped some Track Armour on the front. I did a quick/crappy job but I think it served its purpose. I was paranoid about the 40+ miles of road construction on the way home.

Any problems removing the Track Armour?

Took my car in for 3M plastic protection and ceramic finish this morning. The Track Armour came off easily and left very little residue on the car.

And thanks to everyone for the congrats! Can't wait to get my car back on Thursday.
