Are the parts readily available to do this? I know the aero pack is a bit changed too but mainly concerned with the suspension changes

The spring rates are only slightly different, and the tuning of the shocks is in the computer. Not sure how you’re going to pull this off.

Steeda has some items that will improve everything, as well as DSC controller.

I would spend the money on aftermarket parts like springs and swaybars. Work with what you already have. As mentioned above you won’t be able to tune the magnaride shocks and it’s likely Ford won’t do it for you.

You really have to know what you are doing to use the DSC controller. Auto Fanatic had one and got rid of it. They don’t sell any canned programs for it. Plus no app for it, it’s all done on a laptop. They need an app control for it.

The software version really works well, you can customize it but u need to know what u are doing, the settings already installed in it are truly amazing

The parts are just parts from the Ford parts system, so they're "readily" available. Expensive too. A set of shocks, springs and bars will set you back around $2000 and the replacement OEM magride module maybe another $600 or so.

There is, in my view, a much better option - adopt the 2015-2018 R setup: swap the front springs to GT350R springs, swap the rear bar to a GT350R bar, install GT350R shocks and struts and find a friend with an R who'll let you recalibrate your OEM magride controller to "R" specs (or upgrade to DSC Sport).

This. Just put in the R springs and R sway bar. Trying to duplicate the 2019 change would be a ton of work for minimal return.

After driving both I feel like the 19 understeers more. It being quicker around the track has more to do with tires (cup 2 vs PSS). I like the way the 17-18 handles better than 19 (all non R). If you want better handling on track then the R set up is best like you say.

Ideally for the car to be as neutral as possible. However if some folks are saying the 19+ understeers more, than maybe I'll drive as-is and see how it goes.

DSC controller and stickier tires would be done for sure, but if there's a better aftermarket setup for springs/shocks/sway bars to be neutral, then maybe I'd adopt that route.

Stop what you're doing right now and start with fundamentals. The soft subframe bushings make the rear move around in some unusual ways. Install Steeda subframe braces or BMR's cradle lockout kit level 2. Install NOTHING else, hit the road course or autocross and go from there.

RideTech resells the DSC and from the description implies maps and tuning are pre-loaded.
