I know color is completely subjective so I’ll keep that in mind. I love both colors and can’t decide on which direction to go. Does anyone have pictures of the 2 next to one another? I like the pearl in the VB but in direct sunlight it seems very bright.

give me your thoughts on which you would prefer on the 350. Thanks guys!

Velocity looks like previous blues.
Performance has a grey/metallic matte vibe that I really like and think is more unique

That being said, both still really nice colors on the GT350.

Personally I'd get the Performance Blue because it's only on the GT350, Velocity is a nice color though.

I had a 2018 lightning blue (my favorite blue). I went with a ford performance blue for my 19R. While the metallic in the velocity closely resembles that of the lightning blue, the velocity is also a few shades lighter. It has a feminine hue that resembles baby sky blue. The Ford performance blue is also exclusive to Ford Performance vehicles. That's worth considering.

I thought Performance Blue was exclusive to Ford Performance vehicles, not just the GT350. The first place I saw it was actually on the Raptor forums.

You're right. I do recall seeing it first on the Raptor. It is exclusive to Ford Performance products.

thanks Jeff, I’m actually looking at an R so I may ask for some pictures of yours if you don’t mind. How is it in the sun? Seems to lighten up quite a bit. Is there metallic in the paint?

I the VB has a sky blue look to it especially in the sun. A cool color but it may not be the shade I’m looking for.

If you get Velocity Blue, get a black roof or black stripes.

Performance Blue looks best with white stripes.

If it were me, easy choice - Ford Performance Blue. It looks consistently good in every pic I've seen. Velocity, sometimes very nice, sometimes not as much, depends on the lighting.

Both great colors but Ford Performance Blue for the exclusivity of it. I also happen to like it slightly better and I'm also biased because it's what I have. It's quite stunning in person.

I have a MY18 lighting blue 350. If I was to buy a 19, I would probably go performance blue, but velocity looks killer too.

I would have to disagree with that. I have a performance blue with black roof with black stripes.

It looks great also, I just think the white goes even better with the performance blue.

I agree 100% due to the contrast between the colors odspd described. It's all personal preference, and I really like the contrast to be as much as possible.
Good luck OP in finding the one YOU like the best... It's not an easy decision if you're undecided; I spent months.
