Out of curiosity, what did you use to clean the suspension and brake components?
Blew it off w/leaf blower, hosed it, sprayed on some orange cleaner/degreaser, let it sit, then laundry soap and water w/brush and rag, rinse, blew it off again.
Finished with a spray of some aero 303 on all the rubber bushings and lines, rag wipedown, and waxed the paint on the calipers. De-tarred, washed and waxed the wheels inside and out, mounted and torqued to 150#.

Oh, and touched up a paint chip on a caliper. The brushed on caliper paint is holding up nicely.

Replaced front control arm. Ball joint was bad. Once removed I saw how bad it was. Replacement part was $30 shipped.

Will upgrade to something better when another goes out.

Found some nice twisties in the Mark Twain National Forest and in Eureka Springs. Although, I kept getting stuck behind someone pulling a damn long fifth wheel camper going 15 MPH through the hills and turns.

thanx for the advice but i actually dont want it to turn off. i just need to put a switch for when im not goin to drive the car for more then a couple days.
Har! I'd never remember to turn it off, just as I would forget to back the plug out. Now I don't have to think about it.

ordered some tires from my buddy. he got them for me at his cost. pickin up some yokohama advan sport v105. was wanting to try some federal tires but said these would be better and they were cheaper. i guess the advans are comparable to the michelin pilot super sports. anyways i should be swapping them out this saturday. hopefully ill go out and get a nice tire roasting video for you guys to send off the old tires. was hoping hed be able to throw it on the dyno but i guess he has a appointment all day for the dyno.

A few weeks back I picked up my new-to-me Mustang from a dealership that decaled their white dealer name on the piano black plastic back panel next to my blacked-out GT logo. My first stop out of the dealership was my brother's place and he used Goo-B-Gone to get the decal off. While the result wasn't horrible... in the right (wrong) lighting that section of the black panel looked horrible. Today, after washing the car and seeing the "shadow" of the decal in the plastic I remembered a few tools/tricks from some other hobbies of mine that allowed me to restore that back soft-plastic panel to like new condition.

Step 1:
There is a product called PolyWatch that is an extremely fine abrasive used to rub scratches out of acrylic watch crystals. I applied a few drops and polished with a new micro-fiber cloth for a few minutes then wiped off the residue and things were just about like new

Step 2:
I applied Renaisance Wax to the plastic that does wonders for delivering a beautiful shine to any smooth, reflective surface and the end result was my entire black back panel ended up with a black mirror finish

I'm ecstatic with the result.

Nice! I loathe those dealer stickers.

The place in bought mine doesn’t do them. But when I bought my F150 I mad the dealer take it off before I drove it off the lot. The salesman was like “are you serious?” Oh yes sir.

Gorgeous car. Showstopper interior? I used to live in Lenexa and grew up in Central MO.

Thanks. Redline interior. It's not as bright a red as Showstopper.

Put in the lighter Steeda clutch pedal spring. Don't let the videos fool you - you need 3 hands and the shoulders of a 16 year old to do this job. I ended up compressing the spring in my vise and zip-tying both sides of the spring down to get it nice and short for re-installation. I paid all the extra for the perches, which was good - of course I broke one of the Ford ones pulling the old spring out.

Update - drove in to work with the new spring. Lighter to push, for sure. It's not life-changing... I guess I can adjust to anything. I don't seem to suffer from the same "lack of feel" others have complained about - I can "feel" through the OEM spring fine. Clutch engagement feedback comes through not only your leg, but also through your ears, through your sense of motion, and some muscle memory once you get used to a setup. Anyway, my left leg isn't getting the same workout as before.

The hardest thing about this install for me was getting back up off the floor. I watched the install video. And used the same needle nose vise grips shown to compress the middle of the old spring. It popped right out. And I used the same method to install the the Steeda spring and purchases. No problems with my 2017 GT doing this and I love the way it feels now :like:

Washed her yesterday ~
