But are we really seeing the equivalent to 493 hp on 91 as standard?
490+ crank HP is what I've been hearing since these cars came out. I only use 93 in my car, at least until I get a tune. E85 should be nice.

I drive in track all the time. Only time I'm not in track is if its raining out.
I've had my GT for 1 1/2 years and haven't even tried the drag mode yet.. I gotta get with the program.

Pretty sure mine is making over 460HP stock. This was on P Zero tires, and 100% stock.

That slip is pretty and all of that; for you.
To me, where it counts is "street".
Can you put someone to shame with your driving in 'your' car?
Unless you can get the best of someone passing on the highway or scootin' up a mountain road,
it don't mean much, to me...............

650-4400 rpm feels like a six cylinder. 4500+ rpm feels like F yea. I hate my car stop light to stop light normal driving.

It’s not. You just got a hold of some negative DA on that run.
Not entirely true...

I think AM tested the stock '18 GT and got sub 12 seconds run as well this is standard numbers. StangMode etc run 10.99 on N/A motors as well.

Yes sir....as well as several folks here at my local track. My point was to disprove the assertion that one persons sub 12 second timeslip was a freak run based on negative DA. These cars can and do run 11s...without negative DA as some believe.

I'm nowhere good enough racer to made argument nor is my Stock GT an 11 sec car. So I just watch what others are doing.

Here's the thing about everyone saying "my buddies car feels fast". In those instances you are most likely the passenger and along for the ride, you have no control. Where as when your the driver you know when your hitting the accelerator, you brace for it and you get used to it. If you guys say that your car feels slow, hop in the passenger seat and let someone else romp on it till redline and see if your perception changes.

Many times. I beat a crotch rocket on the way home from the dealer the first night at a 30 roll. Got a thumbs up from the rider afterwards.

I see your point but some of us (me for sure) are coming from other cars that we owned and drove. My 2013 Camaro SS felt a lot faster off a green light than this car does. And that car had the fattest a$$ around LOL. It seems the Coyote has very little torque down low despite the 420 lb-ft claim. I'm sure it has that amount of torque on tap but it comes on later in the RPM's. But the car is also deceptively fast compared to the Camaro. I'm always going faster than I think I am. Put another way my GF has a little SLK 280 Roadster and at 50 mph my knuckles get white & I start grabbing for stuff to hold on to as it feels like you're going at least 80.... :) I wish the GT had more low end oomph but its not a big deal & I really do love this car so she's staying!
