Get some good caliper paint and paint the calipers. The results will justify the extra labor and there are plenty of forum threads and videos out there to guide you through it. Add some high temp decals to dress them up (cheap on eBay) and voila, looks professional. Caliper covers look kind of cheesy in my opinion.

^ Agreed. Go with caliper paint. Covers never look good. They scream cheap and fake.
