Haven't seen the numbers here yet, so here they are (% = compared to Q1 2018):

Mustang 16,917 (-11.7%)
Challenger 13,431 (-24%)
Camaro 12,083 (+2.5%)

The numbers are copied from "the other forum"

Using Ace's numbers and data from: http://carsalesbase.com/us-car-sales-data/ford/ford-mustang/
for Mustang and Challenger monthly numbers.
I built this monthly chart for the quarter.

__________________JAN_________FEB______MAR______Total
Camaro_________4027_______4028_____4028______12083 (All I could do is divide Camaro Q1 total by 3)
Challenger_____3230_______3639______6562 _____13431
Mustang________5420_______4025_____7472______16917

So what does it say? It says the polar vortex in Jan/Feb suppressed muscle car sales.
It says Mustang 1, Challenger 2, Camaro 3. It says that March madness stimulated cars sales.
That's about it.
There is a forum the mods closed about the V6 Mustang. Some like it, some don't,
but if there was that third engine option I think Mustang would be over 20,000 units sold.

Not having a N/A V-6 option does hurt sales.

Seeing Camaro sales go up from last year is interesting - a pretty good showing compared to previous years, even for still being in 3rd place.

And it didn't have its nuts chopped off with no options.

Good observation. I think the 2019 Camaro front end refresh has something to do with that.
The more it looks like a Mustang the better it sells

Did my part for March, had to go to MO from MN and that dealer had to get it from Wichita, KS to get it. Velocity Blue, Auto, 401A and PP1 being a rare bird I guess.

I’ve actually seen quite a few v6 Camaros lately. I’m not sure if sales to rental companies are within those numbers or not but I’m guessing that’s a big part of the camaros sales especially with the v6 looking better than the ss. As for challengers I don’t know how many of those I see a day. They’re selling like crazy.

Agree! There is a negative stigma that goes along with turbo charged engines. I personally don't have problems with the current turbo's but because of many poor designs back in the day a legit stereotype on dependability was developed.
