Finally placed my order!

Yeah last night it updated went form 2/4 to 2/1 for delivery. But didnt show in transit. Then woke up this morning back to 2/4 saying in transit. But on the site it only shows the last day it can be delivered. Ford performance told me between 1/29 and 2/4. But there have been plenty of people who have got there order with a few days to spare. Dont matter it's on it way only a couple more days. It will get here when it gets here. Just glad the wait is almost over.

xpel is a protective film. Take a look at the first link for more info on it. The second link is CQUARTZ ceramic coating etc.

Thanks for sharing your schedule. I ordered three weeks after you. Since I am 30 miles from the factory, maybe mine will be delivered a week or two after yours.

Your welcome. If you have your VIN# you will have a build week (and be able to track it on the tracker site). If you don't have it yet, your dealer can provide both the VIN# and build week. I had gotten my VIN# about 3 weeks after placing the order.

I got a call from my dealer today and got my VIN#. I have a build week of 3/4/19. Interesting thing is when I put it in the online tracker, it pops a message that it cannot be found. I guess it takes some time for the tracker system to catch up. Anyway, will post a pic of the tracker once I can get in there.

Ordered mine 1 month after yours on 1/28 (GT Prem, 6 spd, Race Red, 401A, Shwstpr Red, PP2, Active Exh) so we will see if I find out my VIN by end of this month. Hoping it is about a month behind yours based off of ordering date.

As long as your dealer has allocation, you should get your VIN# and build week in a couple weeks. Your deliver should be towards the end of April or early May.

Tracker just updated to show "In Production" and the arrival of my windows sticker. The "Blend" date on the sticker is 3/6 which was what FPC had told me a week or so ago. About 28 days per the EDD unless the steering wheel fiasco or something else delays it. Now I just hope we have a nice warm spell in March.

The plant has steering wheels in stock for on-the-line cars, so you should be good to go on your blend date and EDD.
