It has to be more than that. There is less sound per power to the wheels and the A10's shifting feels very different. It feels as if the car isn't trying as hard.

One nice side effect on flex I find my cold starts are less earth shattering than 91. Of course subjective considering that's LTH+Corsa Xtremes + vibrants.

Performance though is lights out difference hence why I opted to go back to stock intake when the issues running flex on the Steeda cai were discovered.

Open element cai not an option with the heat here in AZ the IATs would be off the chart. Roush is ok but considering fi in the next year or so now so will likely keep stock intake and enjoy the flex!

Yeah, there is more, but just saying a lot of people make comments about how it is so much faster but in reality when you're giving it 50% throttle it's really around 70% now so it gives the feel of making huge power with little effort.

The more e85 the more timing you get. Straight e85 is so much more lively (not aggressive tip in) in normal driving 3500 rpm and below. I hate aggressive tip in and had my tuner keep it stock.

I also could run e30 on my 93p tune. It helps, but not close to straight corn imo. The dual fuel and 12 to 1 motor is the main reason I bought a 18 plus...

Lund says the peak HP is unchanged but the timing curves come on much earlier depending on the ethanol content. Their E85R file is more aggressive with timing than Flex at 85%.

Can that be monitored through the PIDs? There seem to be a variety of throttle signals.

Very little if you stick with 93.
It’s not “worthless” but nowhere near as worthwhile as it was on a 15-17

I've tried to find a good source of info on what they change in the tunes. I've seen something about the torque converter and shift points. Whatever it is it feels great so far on 93/Flex.

I filled up last night and I had it down to the last drop as I was able to put in a little over 15 gallons of E85. Luckily the station (Sunoco in Delray Beach) is between home and work.

I'm taking it easy until the learned flag trips. I'm about at 60% alcohol learned and climbing. The remote start feature is a good way to leave the car securely running/learning.

If the car does any more the tires are going to be cutting lose like crazy. The factory all season 20s have been doing surprisingly great but they may need to go. I haven't even tried the E85R file.

Nice! I used to commute from Boynton down to Pompano daily. Damn, that was 15 years ago now...

Sadly, I think I'm going to lock at 62% ethanol. :( It hasn't learned yet but it's holding there.

Being a hot climate I figured we'd have a higher concentration here.

Was a little turned off by them, the 93 tune I had on my 2018 by them dynoed showing near stock numbers, going to give lund a shot this time around.

A funny thing I noticed is the digital air/fuel ratio gauge now bottoms out.
