This is ONLY a personal opinion:

1. You will probably be able to place an order around the end of March 2019, with delivery beginning in September.
2. I would expect no change to the 2020 model over the 2019 model.

Ford has said before that their “Copilot 360” driver assistance safety tech will be made standard on new vehicles across the lineup by 2020, so it’s possible that the ‘20 model Mustang will have lane keeping assist, auto emergency braking, and smart cruise control become standard instead of optional.

I agree with Brian, I would count on this. It's already on some of the international Bullitts. And if it is standard for 2020, there will certainly be a price increase as well.
