Crazy people taking pictures?

Ok,
Anyone else have weird people suddenly and violently changing lanes to get behind your car while driving and take pictures?
I drive normally, and I'm a not a kid, so my driving habits are safe, at least when someone is watching or amongst traffic so I don't get it.
This one guy in a white Nissan Sentra was waving his arms and taking pictures, then pulls along side of me and is quiet as a church mouse. Go figure.

I was cruising to the beach last summer and stopped at a traffic light in a small Eastern Shore town. As the light turned green I moved forward when the driver of an oncoming car leaned out the window with his cell and took my pic!

Thre've been a considerble number of lane-changers who got behind me and took pictures. Usually followed by pass and a thumbs-up gesture, sometimes a shouted "Love your plate!". I suppose there could have been violent changes, but if so, I didn't notice.

I hesitate to tell people because there are so many really poorly built cars out there. It is a factory five, I built it myself using only new parts.

Obviously, the first question I get is "is it real"? I tell people yes, it is a real car. You can touch it, drive it and it is not a figment of our imagination.

Never in my 18 GT. My 17 Challenger Hellcat is a different story. I've seen lots of people taking pictures.

All the time. It was far more common when the S550 first came out though. As more Mustangs have been sold I think people are just getting used to seeing them.
