I'm sure I have, ill test it again in a few days, rain for next 72 hours here lol.
How many miles do you have on the tune? Asking because many have reported sluggish performances up to three hundred miles as tune goes through learning curve.

I don't know if I believe in the whole "learning" phase. The car has different parts on it, the computer has been calibrated\tuned for those changes, it should utilize the new numbers and timings. I've iheard 50 miles, 00 miles, now 300 miles.

Ive had probably about 500 miles if I had to guess.

Yea, 300 miles is definitely BS....

But there is so much BS in this section of the forum, I'm sure if the right people "report on it" and "contact secret people in Ford" that it will become a "fact"... 300 miles will be it.

I have the same issues and posted just before him and I'm at about 1500 miles. Doesn't seem to be a learning issue

No, you are both well past that. Good luck to both of you.

Approximately 70 miles to get OAR from 0 to -1

Turns out I have a leaky EVAP hose. Keeps the gas fumes from escaping the gas cap. Of course they have to order the part and I will be without a car for 2 days. Stupid cheap ford hoses. They use cheap plastic that dry rots and cracks.

Love it. Had it just over a year. Never installed the intake though. Just a K & N drop filter and Airaid tube. Works even nicer with a intercooler. Although better in all the RPM's, It does run out of wind after 5k RPM, but that's just how it is with a small turbo.

I do not think you will find anyone that is unhappy with the tune.

Initially the car will be almost like limp mode, in the "learning phase" and it won't go when you accelerate, and you will think that there is something wrong with it. Give it some time...

After a hundred miles or so (mine was I believe 70), it will be a completely different car.

1.) Prior to the tune, I always drove the car in Sport+ mode due to very heavy feel of throttle response. I no longer do this as the throttle sensitivity changes drastically.

2.) Power. It is not a huge amount of change, but change regardless. Like Regs had mentioned, the power still dies early but not as early as stock. Some people claim that this is due to heatsoak and I believe it when I look at my temps in my OBD Fusion. I am getting an intercooler installed very soon, so I will report back.

3.) Fake sound is gone. Love it.

4.) Once you start monitoring temps, you will want to upgrade your intercooler! You would've wanted to do this even if you were stock regardless.

Good luck!

thanks for the feedback,, only have had the car 1 1/2 weeks. I presume the dealer filled it with 87. Today i put in 1/2 tank of 93 and think i will add a bottle of RP octane booster to be safe. I have a 50 mile drive to the installing dealer tomorrow... :)

Heatsoak not just from the intercooler, but you also have a small turbo winding up at extreme RPM's that heats up the charge air itself. So not only is it running out of air to keep up the demand, the air itself from the overworked turbine gets hot regardless of the intercooler you have. I am thinking with a precision bolt on with the FP tune, if possible, might be better in the upper RPM range even without a custom tune for it and you don't have to worry about blowing the engine from overboost.
